Vice President, Director of Development

Consuela Matthews serves as R54Media’s Vice President and Director of Development, where she manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep every department moving forward. Her work supports and connects R54Media’s creative, SEO, local search, visual production, and client development efforts.

Consuela attended North Carolina State University, where she studied visual arts, communications, and marketing. This combination of creative training and strategic thinking gives her a strong understanding of how message, design, visibility, and customer response work together to help businesses grow.

A veteran of the United States Air Force, Conseula brings discipline, focus, and a results-driven mindset to every project. She believes in making things happen, solving problems, and helping clients receive the support they need to move forward with confidence.

Outside of her work with R54Media, Consuela volunteers with area animal rescue organizations. She is also a wife and mother of two, bringing the same care, commitment, and determination to her personal life that she brings to the company.
